India Stainless Steel Flanges: Final Results of CVD Admin Review
The Commerce Department has released the final results of a countervailing duty administrative review of stainless steel flanges from India (C-533-878). Rates set in this review will be used to set importer assessments for subject merchandise from Pradeep Metals entered during the period Jan. 1, 2022, through Dec. 31, 2022.

Commerce said it made no changes to the rates calculated in the preliminary results of this review.
Cash Deposit Requirements
Effective Feb. 25, Commerce is setting the following CVD cash deposit rates:

For all firms not participating in this review, including five for which the review was requested and then rescinded, Commerce will instruct CBP to continue to collect cash deposits of estimated countervailing duties at the most recent company-specific rate applicable to the company, or at the all-others rate, as appropriate.
