Only the exporters for which an administrative review was requested are covered by this review. Cash deposit rates for all other exporters will not change. AD Cash Deposit Requirements

New AD cash deposit requirements may take effect beginning on the date of publication of the AD final results in the Federal Register. Commerce preliminarily calculated the following AD cash deposit rates:

(*See Commerce's notice for the full list, in Appendix II, of 309 companies that were preliminarily assigned new AD rates. The notice indicates that 309 companies are included in the review, with none rescinded, meaning the list in the appendix is inclusive of Canfor and West Faser, which were individually examined. West Fraser is alphabetized under Manning Forest Products. The rest were not under individual review, meaning there were 307 companies assigned the review average rate.)

Assessment Rates for Entries January-December 2023

If these preliminary results are confirmed in the final results, importers of subject merchandise exported by Canfor and West Frasier and their affiliates during the period Jan. 1, 2023, through Dec. 31, 2023, will be assessed AD at importer-specific rates. Importers from the other companies under review will be assessed AD at the rate listed above.
