Trump Taps Acting Treasury Official to Lead CFIUS
President Donald Trump has nominated acting Treasury Department general counsel Chris Pilkerton to be assistant treasury secretary for investment security, overseeing the Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S., the White House told the Senate on June 2.

Pilkerton would replace Biden administration official Paul Rosen, who left CFIUS in December (see 2412170008).
Pilkerton served as acting administrator and general counsel of the Small Business Administration during the first Trump administration.
