Importers of subject merchandise from LG Chem, entered between June 7, 2022, and Nov. 30, 2023, won't be assessed AD, and future entries from LG Chem won't be subject to an AD cash deposit requirement until further notice. The new zero percent AD duty cash deposit rate for LG Chem is in effect Aug. 12, the date that these final results are scheduled for publication in the Federal Register.
Only LG Chem is covered by this review. Cash deposit rates for all other exporters will not change. The cash deposit rate for all other producers and exporters will continue to be 26.05%. If the exporter has never been assigned its own AD rate but the manufacturer has, the rate assigned to the manufacturer applies. For merchandise manufactured and exported by companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the all-others rate of 26.05% applies.
(The review period is 06/07/22 - 11/30/23. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 2504080017 for a summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
