The Preventing Escalation and Advancing Caucasus Engagement Act, or Peace Act, would sanction senior officials and their domestic and foreign enablers for “hostile actions” against Armenia. The legislation was referred to the House Foreign Affairs, Judiciary and Financial Services committees.
