- CBP has published a CSMS message on updates to the Section 301 vessel fees (see 2510100046). In the message, the agency reminded the trade that the burden for determining whether a vessel owes the fee is on the operator, not CBP (here).
- RESOLVED: A degradation issue affecting ACE applications in the ACE database has been resolved as of Oct. 15 at 11:20 a.m. EDT (here).
