UK Issues Russia-Related Licenses Involving Sanctioned Oil, Energy Firms
The U.K. issued a pair of general sanctions licenses Oct. 15 allowing parties to wind down their positions with various sanctioned energy companies and Russian oil companies.

The oil-related license gives individuals and companies until Nov. 28 to conclude any business activity with Lukoil Oil Co., Rosneft Oil Co. and any of their subsidiaries.
The energy-related license gives individuals and companies until Nov. 13 to wrap up their business with these firms: Nayara Energy, National Pipeline Group Beihai Liquified Natural Gas, Shandong Yulong Petrochemical, Shandong Baogang International Port, Jingang Port Shandong Haixing Port and any of their subsidiaries.
