Comments Due by 5 p.m. Nov. 7 on Delay on Ship Docking Fees, Logistics Tariffs

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative is soliciting comments on the one-year suspension of ship docking fees and logistics-related tariffs, such as on chassis from China. The fees and tariffs are in abeyance until Nov. 10, 2026.

These fees and tariffs were a result of the Section 301 investigation on China’s Targeting of the Maritime, Logistics, and Shipbuilding Sectors for Dominance, but were later delayed as a result of trade talks with China (see 2511030005).
