Trump: If IEEPA Case Lost, Administration Will Find Way to Tariff
President Donald Trump, speaking at a Saudi investment forum, said that if the Supreme Court rules against the use of national emergency authorities to impose reciprocal tariffs, the administration will manage.

"We always find ways," he said, suggesting that there are other avenues to impose higher tariffs. "Tariffs have been, frankly, the best thing that's ever happened to our country. They've always been used against us, and we never had people that were smart enough to use them in the opposite direction, but now you do," he said.
He conflated the promises of investments, which are in the trillions, and the tariff revenue, which is in the hundreds of billions. He also said there will be a tariff dividend to middle-income households "of at least $2,000."
