- CBP plans to continue to collect information from those filing drawback in ACE, in accordance with the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act (Form 7553), it said in a Federal Register notice. Comments on this information collection are due by Dec. 24 (here).
- CBP plans to continue to collect information on CBP Form 3485, Lien Notice. This form is prepared by carriers, cartmen and similar persons or firms, and the data collected on this form is used by CBP to ensure that liens have been satisfied or discharged before delivery of the freight from public stores or bonded warehouses, and to ensure that proceeds from public auction sales are duly distributed to the lienholder, CBP said in a Federal Register notice. Comments on this information collection are due by Dec. 24 (here).
- Quota Bulletin 25-412 2026 Fine Denier Polyester Staple Fiber Temporary Importation Under Bond Absolute Quota has been published on CBP's website, according to a Nov. 20 cargo systems message. The quota period opening date is Nov. 24 (here).
