The order concludes the Section 337 investigation that the ITC launched in December 2020, based on allegations by US Synthetic Corporation that companies are importing and selling merchandise that copies its abrasion-resistant PDCs which are used in bearings and industrial cutting tools, as well as drill bits used to drill for crude oil (see 2012290028).
