UK Targets Chinese Firms for Hacking, Issues More Russia Sanctions
The U.K.'s Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation this week added two entries to its cyber sanctions list and seven entries to its Russia sanctions list.

OFSI sanctioned China-based Integrity Technology Group and Sichuan Anxun Information Technology for their involvement in cyberattacks against U.K. infrastructure. The U.S. designated Integrity Technology in January (see 2501030010) and named Anxun in a March DOJ indictment against a network of Chinese cyberattackers.
OFSI also sanctioned two people, Aleksandr Geljevitj Dugin and Mikhail Sergeevich Zvinchuk, and five entities for their ties to activities that destabilize or undermine Ukraine. The U.K. said the entities -- the Center for Geopolitical Expertise, Euromore, the Foundation for the Support and Protection of the Rights of Compatriots Living Abroad, Golos and Rybar -- are affiliated with the Russian government.
