According to the complaint, Active Wireless is seeking a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders against BLU Products, DISH Wireless, HTC, LG Electronics, OnePlus, Qualcomm, TCL, T-Mobile and their subsidiaries, to bar from entry "certain wireless communication devices and components thereof" that violate its patents. Active Wireless said that the violating products are "mobile phones and tablet computers with wireless communication."
