  • ACE Production standard invasive maintenance, Dec. 20 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. Dec. 21 ET (here).
  • On Dec. 12, CBP's Office of Field Operations in Pharr, Texas, intercepted more than $10.3 million worth of alleged methamphetamine concealed in a tractor trailer filled with a shipment of oat flakes, which are breakfast cereal ingredients. The packages inside the truck, arriving from Mexico, consisted of 1,156 pounds of methamphetamine, and were seized on secondary inspection (here).
  • CBP recently announced that it has collected over $1 billion in duties from over 246 million low-value shipments since May 2, when an executive order phasing out the de minimis exemption began to be enforced, starting with shipments from China and Hong Kong (here).
