Jan. 8 is the six-month mark before the full implementation date of eFiling for most regulated products (see 2501070032), CPSC said. CPSC had said last January that the final rule requiring importers to electronically file CPSC Certificates of Compliance would be effective in stages in 2026 and 2027, with the final rule becoming effective on July 8, 2026.
