ITC Begins Section 337 Investigation on Bicycle Trainers
The International Trade Commission began a Section 337 investigation on allegations that JetBlack Cycling of Australia is importing and selling bicycle trainers that infringe patents held by Wahoo Fitness (ITC Inv. No. 337-TA-1475), it said in a Jan. 2 press release.

The complaint was filed in December and seeks a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders against the respondents to bar from entry "certain bicycle trainers and components thereof" that violate the complainants' patents (see 2512050012).
In the complaint, Wahoo said that its products are "devices that allow cyclists to ride their bicycle indoors."
