Commerce said it is rescinding the review for five companies. Three of the five companies -- Sonha International Corporation, Sonha SSP Vietnam Sole Member Co. Limited, and Vinlong Stainless Steel (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. -- had their requests for review withdrawn. The other two companies that are being dropped from the review -- Mejonson Industrial Vietnam Co., Ltd. and Vinasteel Production Joint Stock Company -- had no reviewable, suspended entries during the review period.
A review of the Vietnam-wide entity was requested, and it remains under review.
Commerce has already ordered liquidation as entered, at the cash deposit rate in effect at the time of entry, for entries during the period of review from all exporters not under review (ADCVDWeb Message # 4263424).
Cash Deposit Requirements
Once Commerce issues its final results, new AD cash deposit requirements may take effect for some companies, beginning on the date of publication of the final results in the Federal Register.

If these preliminary results are confirmed in the final results, importers of subject merchandise would be assessed AD at the rates listed above.
