According to the complaint, the complainants are seeking a general and a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders against Chinese manufacturers of Elf Bar and Geek Bar as well as their U.S. distributors to bar from entry disposable and other closed-system ENDS devices that violate its patents. The complainants said that they want to “stop the rampant flooding of the U.S. market with illicit electronic nicotine delivery systems (‘ENDS’ or ‘vapes’) that are causing substantial injury to Reynolds’ domestic industry.”
