The Commerce Department has published the preliminary results of a countervailing duty administrative review of steel concrete reinforcing bar from Turkey (C-489-819). Commerce will assess CVD on importers at the rates determined in the final results of this review for subject merchandise entered during the period Jan. 1, 2022, through Dec. 31, 2022.
The Commerce Department has published the preliminary results of its antidumping and countervailing duty administrative reviews on aluminum foil from Turkey (A-489-844/C-489-845). In the final results of this review, Commerce will set AD assessment rates for subject merchandise for the companies under review entered Nov. 1, 2022, through Oct. 31, 2023, and CVD assessment rates for entries during calendar year 2022.
The Commerce Department on Dec. 13 published the preliminary results of its antidumping and countervailing duty administrative reviews on aluminum foil from Oman (A-523-815/C-523-816). In the final results of this review, Commerce will set AD assessment rates for subject merchandise for the companies under review entered Nov. 1, 2022, through Oct. 31, 2023, and CVD assessment rates for entries in calendar year 2022.
The Commerce Department has published the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on welded stainless pressure pipe from India (A-533-867). Rates calculated in this review will be used to set assessment rates for importers of subject merchandise from two producers and exporters* remaining in the review that was entered Nov. 1, 2022, through Oct. 31, 2023.
The Commerce Department has published the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on thermal paper from Germany (A-428-850). The agency preliminarily calculated a zero percent AD rate for Koehler Paper SE and Koehler Kehl GmbH, collectively referred to as Koehler, the sole mandatory respondent. If the agency's finding is continued in the final results, importers of subject merchandise from Koehler entered between Nov. 1, 2022, and Oct. 31, 2023, won't be assessed AD. A zero percent AD cash deposit rate would take effect for entries from Koehler upon publication of the final results in the Federal Register.
The Commerce Department has published the preliminary results of a countervailing duty administrative review on chlorinated isocyanurates from China (C-570-991). In the final results of this review, Commerce will set assessment rates for importers of subject merchandise from two of the three exporters under review that was entered Jan. 1, 2022, through Dec. 31, 2022.
The Commerce Department has published the final results of its antidumping duty administrative review on pure magnesium from China (A-570-832). The agency said it found that the only companies under review, Tianjin Magnesium International Co., Ltd., and its affiliate Tianjin Magnesium Metal, Co., Ltd., had a dumping margin of 32.6%, a significant decline from the 93.97% margin in the preliminary results. Subject merchandise from these two companies will be assessed AD at importer-specific rates for entries during the period May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023. A 32.6% AD cash deposit rate takes effect for TMM/TMI on Dec. 13.

The International Trade Commission is beginning a Section 337 investigation on certain women’s flats with colored outsoles thereof (ITC Inv. No. 337-TA-1428), after receiving allegations filed by Gavrieli Brands that 13 companies are importing women’s flats that violate its design patents and trade dress, the agency said in a Dec. 12 news release.
