G20 leaders have issued a declaration and other documents from their November 11-12, 2010 summit in Seoul, Korea. Among other things, the leaders agreed to move toward more market determined exchange rate systems, refrain from competitive devaluation of currencies, bring the World Trade Organization Doha Round to a close in 2011, continue work to tackle corruption, phase-out fossil fuel subsidies, foster job creation, etc.
According to China's State Council and the Central Military Commission, part of China's low-altitude airspace will be opened to promote the country's general aviation sector, including the purchase and use of private planes. The Chinese mainland announced that it will extend antidumping measures for another five years on ethanolamine imported from Japan, Malaysia, the U.S. and Taiwan from November 14, 2010. The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) said in a statement that it levies tariffs ranging from 9% to 74% on ethanolamine imported from those places.
