The World Trade Organization has posted three status reports from the U.S. regarding its use of zeroing in antidumping and countervailing duty calculations in the following disputes: (1) U.S. - Continued Existence and Application of Zeroing Methodology (DS350); (2) U.S. - Laws, Regulations and Methodology for Calculating Dumping Margins (DS294); and (3) U.S. - Measures Relating to Zeroing and Sunset Reviews (DS322). China's Ministry of Commerce issued a brief overview of its import & export statistics on August 23, 2010. In the first 7 months of 2010, the total value of China’s import and export amounted to US$1617.05 billion, up by 40.9% year on year, among which, the export value rose by 35.6% to US$850.49 billion while the import value rose by 47.2% to US$766.56 billion. In July, the total value of China’s exports and imports reached US$262.31 billion, by 30.8% year on year. The export value rose by 38.1% to US$145.52 billion while the import value rose by 22.7% to US$116.79 billion.

GOV.cn reports that on August 19, 2010, Chinese Vice Premier Zhang Dejiang called on the country's centrally-administered state-owned enterprises to improve workplace safety (through monitoring and the use of a systems approach) and avoid accidents among workers. Zhang made the comments during an inspection tour in Beijing to six major state companies, including China Petrochemical Corp., Shenhua Group Corp. Ltd., and China State Construction Engineering Corp.
Mexico's Diario Oficial of August 23, 2010 lists a notice from the Secretary of the Economy as follows:
India's Ministry of Commerce and Industry has issued statistics on its exports and promotion of exports. The Ministry reports that in accordance with India's Foreign Trade Policy of 2009-2014, India's exports of goods and services are expected to double by 2014. The Ministry also lists 2009-2010 export figures for jewelry, leather goods, and textiles, and notes that in January and March 2010, the government extended "additional support measures" to certain exports.

On August 19, 2010, the United Nations Security Council Committee, established pursuant to resolution 1737 (2006), issued its updated Consolidated List of individuals and entities subject to the travel ban and/or the assets freeze. This List now reflects the names designated via Security Council resolution 1929 (2010) of June 9, 2010. It is available on the Committee’s webpage for the information and use, as appropriate, of all Member States.
