CBP has posted an updated version of its TRQ/TPL "threshold to fill" list, a quick reference to monitor TRQs and TPLs that are approaching the restraint limit or have filled the in-quota (low) rate. The list is divided into two sections those that are at least 85% filled and those that are closed.

CBP's Office of Information and Technology has posted an updated list of companies/persons offering ABI data processing services to the trade community.

CBP has issued the May 2010 ACE Trade Account Owner (TAO) Update. The update covers trade account responsibilities, change in the status of the TAO, updated ACE resources, etc.

CBP has issued another Unified Business Resumption Messaging message providing an update on the Gulf of Mexico oil spill. According to CBP, all seaports remain open and have normal hours of operation.

CBP has posted an updated version of its Excel spreadsheet providing details on ACE programming issues. The spreadsheet includes the issue number, date opened, description, status, scheduled delivery date, and comments.

CBP has issued a CSMS message reminding the trade that the closing of the CBP Drawback Center located at the Port of Los Angeles-Long Beach becomes effective June 4, 2010. Any drawback claim filed on or after June 4, 2010 must be filed at one of the remaining four CBP Drawback Centers. CBP has issued a CSMS message stating that it is making some corrections to the instructions given on CSMS message 10-000131 regarding a new ACE indicator for printed daily statements. CBP is now asking software vendors not to make any changes to the printed statements until a new message is posted. (CSMS #10-000133, dated 05/28/10)
