The International Trade Commission has terminated its investigation on alleged Section 337 violations regarding imports of fungicide products containing crystalline modification IV of pyraclostrobin following a consent agreement. The ITC began the investigation on March 2, following a complaint by BASF that alleged Sharda Cropchem Ltd. and Sharda USA was importing fungicides that infringed on one of BASF's patents (see 2203010046). The complaint sought a limited exclusion order and a cease and desist order against Sharda.

The Commerce Department issued its final determinations in the antidumping duty investigations on raw honey from Argentina (A-357-823), Brazil (A-351-857), India (A-533-903) and Vietnam (A-552-833). Cash deposit rates set in this final determination take effect April 14, the scheduled publication for these final determinations in the Federal Register.
The Commerce Department on April 13 released an antidumping duty order on mobile access equipment from China (A-570-139). The order sets permanent antidumping duties, which will remain in place unless revoked by Commerce in a sunset or changed circumstances review. Commerce will now begin conducting annual administrative reviews, if requested, to determine final assessments of AD duties on importers and make changes to cash deposit rates.

The International Trade Commission initiated an investigation on alleged violations of Section 337 based on importation and sale of interactive fitness products, including stationary exercise bikes, treadmills, elliptical machines, and rowing machines (ITC Inv. No. 337-TA-1310). The complaint filed March 3 (see 2203080047), and supplemented March 21, accuses Free Motion Fitness, ICON Fitness Corp., IHF Holdings, iFIT and NordicTrack, of infringing on five patents owned by Peloton. Peloton is seeking a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders. The ITC has assigned Chief Administrative Law Judge Clark Cheney to oversee the case.
