CBP has issued a memorandum announcing the opening of the fiscal year 2011 tariff rate quota on sugar-containing products, as provided for in HTS Chapter 17, Additional U.S. Note 8. This TRQ opens on October 1, 2010 and the TRQ level for Canada is 59,250,000 kg and 5,459,000 kg for other countries (except Mexico).
