A U.S. District Court decision has validated U.S. Customs and Border Protection Laboratories and Scientific Services' use of trace metal profiles in analyzing agricultural product for country of origin.

CBP has issued a CSMS message stating that the fix for the program to generate approximately 1300 daily and monthly final statements was not completed on June 21, 2010.
