CBP has posted an updated version of its fact sheet providing an ACE overview for Foreign Trade Zone operators. An FTZ operator with an ACE portal account can view account information at both the General Purpose site and subzone site level.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection has issued a final determination that the U.S. is the country of origin for certain uninterruptible power supplies called “InfraStruXure” Solutions and two of its units, for purposes of U.S. government procurement.
CBP has issued a memorandum announcing a special import quota of 14,977,489 kg for upland cotton that is provided for in HTS Chapter 99, Subchapter III, U.S. Note 6 and is entered under HTS 9903.52.03.
