U.S. Customs and Border Protection is announcing the fiscal year 2011 tariff preference level quantities of certain knit and woven apparel articles that are eligible to receive duty-free treatment under the Haitian Hemispheric Opportunity through Partnership for Encouragement Act of 2008 (Haiti HOPE II), as amended by the Haiti Economic Lift Program Act of 2010 (Haiti HELP)¹.

CBP has posted the U.S. Border Patrol Weekly Blotter for September 2 - 8, 2010. The Blotter provides information on Border Patrol activities during the specified week.

Broker Power is now issuing weekly summary reports highlighting the most active textile and apparel tariff preference levels¹ from U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s “Quota Weekly Commodity Status Report.” BP’s weekly report also lists the TRQ commodities on CBP’s weekly “TRQ/TPL Threshold to Fill List.”

CBP has posted an updated version of its CF 1400 (Record of Vessel in Foreign Trade Entrances) - an electronic query report for CF 1400 of the Vessel Management System (VMS), in accordance with 19 CFR 4.95, organized by entrances. CBP has also posted an updated CF 1401 (Record of Vessel in Foreign Trade Clearances) - an electronic query report for CF 1401 of the VMS, in accordance with 19 CFR 4.95, organized by clearances.
