CBP has posted an updated version of its Trade Support Network Leadership matrix, which lists all of the TSN committees and subcommittees with the Trade and CBP/Gov Co-Chairs and the ACE Support Team (AST) Business Leads. The matrix also includes a list of the current TSN Trade Ambassadors.
CBP has posted an updated version of its TRQ/TPL "threshold to fill" list, a quick reference to monitor TRQs and TPLs that are approaching their restraint limit or have filled their in-quota (low) rate. The list is divided into two sections: those that are at least 85% filled and those that are filled.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection has issued a final rule, effective August 26, 2010, which adopts as final without change, its August 2008 interim final rule that added a new 19 CFR 12.142 to require additional data elements, declarations, and recordkeeping requirements for certain imports softwood lumber and softwood lumber products exported from any country into the U.S.
CBP has posted an updated version of its CF 1400 (Record of Vessel in Foreign Trade Entrances) - an electronic query report for CF 1400 of the Vessel Management System (VMS), in accordance with 19 CFR 4.95, organized by entrances. CBP has also posted an updated CF 1401 (Record of Vessel in Foreign Trade Clearances) - an electronic query report for CF 1401 of the VMS, in accordance with 19 CFR 4.95, organized by clearances.
Broker Power is now issuing weekly summary reports highlighting the most active textile and apparel tariff preference levels1 from U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s “Quota Weekly Commodity Status Report.” BP’s weekly report also lists the TRQ commodities on CBP’s weekly “TRQ/TPL Threshold to Fill List.”

CBP has issued a memorandum announcing a special import quota of 14,717,826 kg for upland cotton that is provided for in HTS Chapter 99, Subchapter III, U.S. Note 6 and is entered under HTS 9903.52.01. (CBP notes that this quantity is not subject to the TRQs in Chapter 52 Additional U.S. Notes 5 through 10.)
