CBP has posted an updated version of its TRQ/TPL "threshold to fill" list, a quick reference to monitor TRQs and TPLs that are approaching their restraint limit or have filled their in-quota (low) rate. The list is divided into two sections: those that are at least 85% filled and those that are filled.
CBP has posted an updated version of its Public Automated Commercial System FIRMS (Facilities Information and Resources Management Systems) report that is organized by port code and alphabetically by company name.

CBP has posted an updated version of its CF 1400 (Record of Vessel in Foreign Trade Entrances) - an electronic query report for CF 1400 of the Vessel Management System (VMS), in accordance with 19 CFR 4.95, organized by entrances. CBP has also posted an updated CF 1401 (Record of Vessel in Foreign Trade Clearances) - an electronic query report for CF 1401 of the VMS, in accordance with 19 CFR 4.95, organized by clearances.
CBP has posted the weekly foreign currency exchange rate multipliers for the week ending July 16, 2010.
CBP has issued a CSMS message stating that since Monday, July 19, 2010, FDA has been experiencing intermittent messaging issues which are affecting both ACS messaging and paper notice generation. CBP is actively working on a resolution and plan to send out the missing messages once the issue is resolved. FDA is requesting that the trade be patient and accept verbal admissibility decisions while CBP works to resolve this issue.

CBP has issued a CSMS message stating that on July 18, 2010, the Importer Security Filing (ISF) system was unavailable for several hours beyond the scheduled maintenance window ending at 3 am. The system was made available again at approximately 8:15 am. All messages that had been queued up during the maintenance window and during the unplanned outage were processed after the system came back online.
CBP has issued a CSMS message stating that it has identified an issue in which the bar code is not being displayed on cover sheets for truck e-Manifest. This has not affected any other system processing and manifests can still be filed as usual and trucks can still be processed at border ports. Further information will be provided as it becomes available.
