The membership is increased from 14 to 16 members/alternates, and the quorum minimum from 7 to 9 members.
The Department of Energy announces a public meeting on June 18, 2010 on its initiation of a rulemaking and data collection process to consider establishing new energy conservation standards for residential heating and cooling systems (furnace fans). DOE also requests comments on its associated framework document by July 6, 2010.

The State Department announces that the Defense Trade Advisory Group will meet in open session on July 7, 2010, in Washington, DC, to discuss current defense trade issues and topics for further study.
