APHIS Updates PPQ Manuals for April 19
The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service issued emails April 19, 2012, announcing changes to some Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) electronic manuals. While some changes are minor, other changes may affect the admissibility of the plant products, including fruits, vegetables, and flowers.

Federally Recognized State Managed Phytosanitary Program Manual. The online Federally Recognized State Managed Phytosanitary Program Manual (here) has been revised to update the introduction, policy, procedures, roles and responsibilities, evaluation criteria process, and quality assurance sections. Appendixes A, B, C, and the glossary have also been updated.
