APHIS Updates PPQ Manuals for April 23
The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service issued emails April 23, 2012, announcing changes to some Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) electronic manuals. While some changes are minor, other changes may affect the admissibility of the plant products, including fruits, vegetables, and flowers.

Manual for Agricultural Clearance: The online Manual for Agricultural Clearance (here) has been revised to update the following:
- Definition of Transportation and Exportation (T&E) cargo
- Action to take on Transportation and Exportation (T&E) cargo
Revisions are on the following pages:
