Hawaii Manual: The online Hawaii Manual (here) has been revised. The reason for the revision is to remove the green scale (Coccus viridis) restrictions for various fruits and Gardenia spp. cut flowers and leis, moving from Hawaii to the U.S. mainland. Changes are indicated by black change bars in the left margin and are found on pages 3-3, 3-4, 3-9, and 3-10.
