APHIS Updates PPQ Manuals for Nov. 15
The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service announced changes Nov. 15 to Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) electronic manuals. While some changes are minor, other changes may affect the admissibility of the plant products, including fruits, vegetables, and flowers.

Canadian Border Agricultural Clearance Manual: The online Canadian Border Agricultural Clearance Manual (here) has been revised to update the instruction on clearing fresh produce of U.S. origin returning from Canada. Changes are on the following pages:
- Chapter 3: Plant: Pages 3-20 and 3-21.
The online Canadian Border Agricultural Job Aid (here) has also been revised with a corresponding update to the Fruit decision table.
