APHIS Updates PPQ Manuals for Dec. 4
The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service announced changes Dec. 4 to Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) electronic manuals. While some changes are minor, other changes may affect the admissibility of the plant products, including fruits, vegetables, and flowers.

Approved Dracaena Facilities List. The list of Approved Dracaena Facilities (here) authorized to export Dracaena spp. from Costa Rica to the U.S. has been updated, transmittal 12/2012-08, to add a new facility. The revision, indicated by a black change bar in the left margin, is on page 2.
