APHIS Updates PPQ Manuals for March 7
The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service announced changes March 7 to Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) electronic manuals. While some changes are minor, other changes may affect the admissibility of the plant products, including fruits, vegetables, and flowers.

Canadian Border Agricultural Clearance Manual: The online Canadian Border Agricultural Clearance Manual (here) was revised to update the address for Kent Agri Laboratory in the list of laboratories authorized to issue Seed Analysis Certificates. The change, indicated by a black change bar in the left page margin, is on page D-2 of Appendix D: Approved Establishments.
