APHIS Updates PPQ Manuals for June 14

The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service announced changes June 14 to Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) electronic manuals. While some changes are minor, other changes may affect the admissibility of the plant products, including fruits, vegetables, and flowers.

Cut Flowers and Greenery Manual: The online Cut Flowers and Greenery Import Manual (here) was revised to update the entry requirements for Crocosmia spp., Gladiolus spp., Tritonia spp., and Watsonia spp. Changes, indicated by black change bars in the left page margins, are on the following pages:

  • Chapter 3: Reference: Pages 3-26, 3-33, 3-57, and 3-64.
