APHIS Updates PPQ Manuals for April 18
The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service announced changes April 18 to Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) electronic manuals. While some changes are minor, other changes may affect the admissibility of the plant products, including fruits, vegetables, and flowers.

Animal Product Manual: The following changes have been made to the Animal Product Manual (here) to reflect up-to-date information and corrections:
Chapter 3-14 Milk Products
- Table 3-14-8 Solid Cheese and Pasteurized Processed Cheese Containing Meat - the entire table has been revised
Treatment Manual: The USDA APHIS PPQ Treatment Manual (here) has been revised for the following reasons:
- Correct a calculation error in the example for calculating VaporPhos dosage (page 2-11-20)
- Correct gas reading errors in T310-a (page 5-4-27)
- Revise T101-b-1 (page 5-2-4)
State-Managed Phytosanitary Program Manual: The Federally Recognized State Managed Phytosanitary Program Manual (here) has been revised to update Table F-1, FRSMP Program Flow. Revisions, indicated by black change bars in the left page margin, are on Page F-2 of Appendix F: Supporting Action, Program Process, and Program Flow.
