Signify North America alleged that Ohio-based Current Lighting Solutions imports LED fixtures, luminaires, downlights and bulbs, along with LED drivers and power supplies, that infringe on three of Signify's patents. Signify asked the ITC for a permanent limited exclusion order and cease-and-desist order against Current.
