In a complaint filed in June (see 2306260004), Bell alleged NXP Semiconductors, Laird Connectivity, Qualcomm Technologies, MediaTek and ASUSTek Computer are importing products that involve technologies related to the operation of mobile terminals in multiple input multiple output wireless networks, means of compatibility with legacy devices with different standards, and improvements in wireless communication systems transmitting feedback. In the investigation, the ITC will consider whether to issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders banning import and sale of infringing merchandise.
