Juul Labs and VMR Products, which alleged that Altria and NJoy had imported vaporizer cartridges and components that infringed on five patents owned by Juul (see 2307060008). Both complainants asked the ITC for a permanent limited exclusion order preventing entry of vaporizors, cartridges and other components, along with cease and desist orders.
