The Commerce Department is amending final results of the countervailing duty administrative review on phosphate fertilizers from Morocco (C-714-001) originally published Nov. 7, 2023, to align with the final decision in a court case that challenged a rate in those results.
The Commerce Department recently initiated antidumping duty and countervailing duty investigations on fresh mushrooms from Canada (A-122-873/C-122-874). The AD investigation period is July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. The CVD investigation period is calendar year 2024.
The Commerce Department is revoking antidumping duties on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) sheet from South Korea (A-580-903) after no domestic producers sought to participate in five-year sunset reviews conducted by the agency, it said in a notice to be published Jan. 12. Effective for entries on or after Sept. 10, 2025, Commerce will direct CBP to end suspension of liquidation and collection of AD cash deposits in connection with the now defunct AD orders, which had been in place since 2020. Entries before Sept. 10, 2025, will remain subject to suspension of liquidation and AD cash deposit requirements and assessments, Commerce said.

In the final results of this review, Commerce will set AD assessment rates for subject merchandise for the companies under review entered July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024, and CVD assessment rates for entries Jan. 1, 2023, through Dec. 31, 2023.

In the final results of this review, Commerce will set assessment rates for subject merchandise from the three companies under review entered July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024.
The Commerce Department has released the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on steel nails from Oman (A-523-808), calculating an AD rate of 0.95% for the sole mandatory respondent Oman Fasteners LLC. If the agency's finding is continued in the final results, importers of subject merchandise from Oman Fasteners entered between July 1, 2023, and June 30, 2024, will be assessed AD at importer-specific rates. Any changes to cash deposit rate for Oman Fasteners would take effect on the publication date of the final results in the Federal Register.
