CBP has issued a CSMS message announcing that effective December 5, 2010, Miami Express Consignment Hub (DHL) will begin to use new Port Code 5296 for all CBP transactions. CBP says that use of the prior Port Code (5271) should be discontinued as of December 4, 2010 at 23:59 hours.

CBP has issued a CSMS message announcing that FDA’s OASIS import system will experience intermittent outages for maintenance on December 4, 2010 starting at approximately 02:00 am (0200) through December 5, 2010 01:00 am (0100). Delays in data transmission during this maintenance period are not expected to last more than 20 minutes at a time, but may be experienced several times throughout the maintenance period indicated.
