The Commerce Department has published the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on wooden bedroom furniture from China (A-570-890). Commerce continued to find that the one company under review -- VidaXL Ningbo Industry Co., Ltd. -- isn't eligible for a separate rate and is part of the China-wide entity, with an AD rate of 216.01%.
The Commerce Department has published the final results of its countervailing duty administrative review on certain walk-behind lawn mowers and parts thereof from China (C-570-130). The agency calculated a new CVD cash deposit rate for Ningbo Daye Garden Machinery Co., Ltd., the only company under review. These final results will be used to set final assessments of CVD on importers for entries Oct. 30, 2020, through Dec. 31, 2021.

The National Marine Fisheries Service ACE Implementation Guide has been updated to prohibit the use of "aggregated harvest reports for Northern Red Snapper as directed" by the National Defense Authorization Act of FY 2023, CBP said in a Feb. 6 CSMS message.
